Shipping

All orders ship from our studio within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your package leaves us.

• Standard (US): 3–5 business days. $7 flat. Free over $75.
• Expedited (US): 2 business days. $18.
• International: 7–14 business days. Calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU. More countries are coming — drop us a note if you're waiting on yours.

Returns

Skincare is personal. If something doesn't feel right within 30 days of delivery, send it back — opened or not — and we'll refund the full price.

1. Email returns@suave.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid label.
3. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it the same day at no cost.
